Agreement

These terms govern your use of socratesjunkremoval.com and the services provided by Socrates Junk Removal Incorporated (“we,” “us,” “our”). By requesting a quote, booking a service, or using this website, you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide junk removal, cleanout, and hauling services in Chester, Montgomery, and Delaware Counties, Pennsylvania. Service availability may vary by location and scheduling.

Quotes and Pricing

Quotes provided by phone, text, email, or through this website are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed on site, before work begins, once we can assess the actual volume, weight, and nature of the items.

If the scope differs materially from what was described, we will provide a revised price for your approval before proceeding. You may decline at that point at no charge.

Scheduling and Cancellation

Appointment windows are estimates. We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the scheduled window and will contact you if delays occur.

Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. There is no cancellation fee.

Items We Cannot Accept

We do not remove hazardous materials, including but not limited to: paint, solvents, chemicals, asbestos, medical waste, biological waste, ammunition, explosives, or fuel. We reserve the right to decline any item at our discretion.

If prohibited items are present, we will remove the remaining acceptable items and adjust pricing accordingly.

Your Responsibilities

You represent that you own the items being removed, or have authority from the owner to have them removed. You are responsible for removing any personal, sensitive, or valuable items you wish to keep before our crew arrives.

Once items are loaded and removed, they are disposed of, donated, or recycled and cannot be retrieved.

You are responsible for ensuring safe and legal access to the property and the items.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are agreed in writing. We accept credit card, check, and cash.

Property and Liability

We take reasonable care when working on your property. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, damage resulting from conditions we were not informed of, or damage to items you asked us to remove.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

Communications

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from us related to your quote, appointment, and service.

SMS Text Messaging Program

Socrates Junk Removal Incorporated offers an SMS program to send appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, arrival notifications, and service quotes. You must opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our website form or by providing express written consent. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. You may receive messages related to each quote request or scheduled appointment.

Costs: Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. We do not charge for text messages.

Opt-out: You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation message, after which you will not receive further texts. To rejoin, sign up again through our website form.

Supported carriers: Carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
